<ul><li>Develop short- and long-term planning at Hearst Tower and Sheffield to ensure business units have the appropriate space and workplace to satisfy their program needs.

</li><li>Liaison with all business units to gather information needed for strategic planning.

<ul><li>Review and manage the FF&amp;E procurement in the US. Work closely with architects and furniture distributors and manufacturers on the specification and purchasing of all FF&amp;E related items required for a project. Responsible for reviewing and approving all FF&amp;E orders.
</li><li>Work with Executives and user groups on furniture selections and procurement. Assist is finish selections and recommendations.
</li><li>Explore opportunities to leverage master service agreements to improve quality and reduce costs.
</li></ul></li></ul>Who you are:
<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree or more in Architecture, Interior Design, Strategic Interior Planning, Project Management, or related field
</li><li>10+ Years of Experience in Corporate Interiors, Project Management or related
</li><li>Expertise in layout, color, lighting, materials selection, custom furniture, and all installations.
</li><li>Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, or other design programs, eg. Photoshop, &amp; project management programs, Microsoft Excel, Word, etc.

</li></ul>In accordance with applicable law, Hearst is required to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation for this role if hired in New York City. The reasonable estimate, if hired in New York City, is $150,000-$170,000. Please note this information is specific to those hired in New York City. If this role is open to candidates outside of New York City, the salary range would be aligned to that specific location. A final decision on the successful candidate&rsquo;s starting salary will be based on a number of permissible, non-discriminatory factors, including but not limited to skills and experience, training, certifications, and education.
