What You'll Do:<ul><li>
Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and designers as part of LPA&rsquo;s integrated, multidisciplinary design process.</li><li>
Take ownership of projects from concept through completion, contributing across all phases of design and delivery.</li><li>
Partner with Project Managers and Project Designers to execute project tasks, including coordinating and overseeing interior documentation.</li><li>
Prepare and manage design development and construction documentation to ensure quality, accuracy, and consistency.</li><li>
Lead and oversee the production work of junior designers, providing guidance and quality control.</li><li>
Review, coordinate, and process construction administration documents throughout the construction phase.</li><li>

Required:<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s or Master&rsquo;s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or Interior Architecture.</li><li>
5+ years of professional experience across all phases of interior architecture projects.</li><li>
Actively pursuing CID certification (or currently certified) and LEED accreditation.</li><li>
Proficiency in Revit; working knowledge of Rhino and Adobe Creative Suite preferred.</li><li>
Strong understanding of building codes, applicable regulations, construction materials, and specifications.</li><li>
