Genesys AI Labs is an emerging HealthTech AI startup building intelligent patient monitoring and healthcare workflow solutions powered by Artificial Intelligence.

We are looking for sharp, hands-on, and dynamic Diploma Nursing (GNM) candidates who are interested in combining their clinical knowledge with healthcare technology.

As a Forward Deployed Clinical Support Intern, you will work directly with our technical team and hospital staff to support the deployment, validation, and optimization of AI-powered patient monitoring systems in real-world clinical environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the installation, onboarding, and live deployment of AI-powered patient monitoring systems in hospital wards and ICUs.
• Use your clinical understanding of patient vitals, monitoring equipment, and nursing workflows to validate AI-generated monitoring outputs.
• Assist with connecting and validating data from biomedical devices and patient monitoring equipment with the AI platform.
• Work closely with doctors, nurses, hospital administrators, and technical teams to understand clinical workflows and operational requirements.
• Conduct on-ground checks and assist with device setup, calibration, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Identify and escalate hardware, software, connectivity, or data-related issues to the technical team.
• Document clinical observations, edge cases, workflow challenges, and usability issues.
• Act as a bridge between clinical users and the product/engineering team, helping convert real-world clinical feedback into product improvements.
• Support testing and optimization of the AI platform in different hospital environments.

What We Are Looking For

• Diploma in Nursing (GNM) or equivalent.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Candidates with up to 1 year of clinical/ward experience are also encouraged to apply.
• Good understanding of patient vitals, bedside monitoring, and nursing/ward routines.
• Comfortable working in hospital environments, including wards, ICUs, and clinical equipment areas.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with doctors, nurses, hospital administrators, and technical teams.
• Willingness to work in a dynamic, hands-on, field-oriented environment.
• Interest in HealthTech, Artificial Intelligence, digital health, or medical technology is an advantage.
• No coding experience is required.
• Candidates should be willing to learn and work closely with technology and engineering teams.
