<p>MedStreamline is seeking a <b>Hybrid Nurse Practitioner (NP)</b> with a background in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, and/or Geriatric Care to join our expanding virtual care team. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated clinician who thrives in a tech-enabled environment and holds active licensure in multiple U.S. states. The NP will serve as a primary point of contact for patients across various states, reviewing patient data from our remote monitoring platforms, conducting telehealth visits, and supporting chronic condition management programs. Board certification in FNP, AGNP, or internal medicine is preferred.</p><p>The ideal candidate will hold active licensure in California and be willing to obtain additional state licenses as needed.
