 Trade Compliance Manager Job Responsibilities:

 Serve as internal consultant to provide advice on international trade compliance issues including the following:

 Classification of the Company&rsquo;s imports under the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (&ldquo;HTSUS&rdquo;);

 Valuation and appraisement of the Company&rsquo;s imported merchandise;
 </li>

 The country of origin of the Company&rsquo;s imported merchandise for CBP and/or DOC purposes;
 </li>
 <li>
 Eligibility of the Company&rsquo;s imports for Free Trade Agreements and Special Trade Programs;
 </li>

 Antidumping and countervailing duties; and
 </li>

 Applicable trade actions such as Section 301 of the Trade Act of 1974, Section 232 of the Trade Expansion Act of 1962 and the like.
