The Internship Program Administrative Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Internship Program Operations Coordinator and providing day-to-day support for the internship program.<br>

The Library Summer Intern Coordinator is a seasonal position aligned with the Library Associate 3 role. The coordinator is responsible for supervising and mentoring summer interns while supporting daily library operations.</p><p>
This role performs advanced paraprofessional duties, primarily at the public service desk. These include managing patron accounts, placing holds, handling fines, and resolving account issues. The Coordinator will train and guide summer interns, oversee their daily tasks, and ensure a positive and productive experience.</p><p>
In addition, this role will help facilitate and support the Library&rsquo;s Summer Lunch Program by coordinating intern involvement and assisting with setup, kit distribution, craft/game activity planning, and cleanup. The Human Resources Intern will also support the HR department on various projects including but not limited to university engagement and employee recruitment efforts.<br>

</b></p></div><div><p>As a face of YAI in the community, you will communicate our mission, vision, and opportunities throughout the regions that YAI serves . You will assist with recruiting, screening, and onboarding prospective volunteers and interns and support them once they have been onboarded.<br>
</p></div><p></p><div><p>The Human Resource Intern will be responsible for accurate volunteer and intern record tracking and data management through Salesforce and Workday .<br>
</p></div><p></p><div><p>The Human Resources Intern may also assist in creating monthly Volunteer Newsletters , posts for social media, l etters of appreciation to individual volunteers, and with planning and executing volunteer recognition events.<br>
</p></div><p></p><div><p>Strong organizational skills are required for this position in order to ensure that all required clearances are completed by incoming volunteers and interns according to state regulations .
</p></div><div><p>In addition to supporting the Volunteer &amp; Internship Department, you will also support other teams in YAI's HR Department by taking on additional meaningful day-to-day tasks and special projects .
