You confidently conduct product evaluations in Operating Room and office settings, persuasively demonstrating the value of our products. Systematically tracking your territory progress, you proactively communicate your findings with your Regional Manager and Sales Representative(s) you are supporting to push yourself to exceed each goal. When onsite with clients, you use your product knowledge and quick thinking to solve product problems and inform doctors, nurses and other staff as to the proper use and maintenance of our products. You take great pride in meticulously managing and maintaining your sample inventory of products and are prepared to assist a customer whenever the need arises.  As a Spine Enabling Technologies Associate Sales Representative, you assist in strategically promoting and selling Stryker Enabling Technologies products to meet our customers&rsquo; needs. You confidently conduct product evaluations in Operating Room and office settings, persuasively demonstrating the value of our products. Systematically tracking your territory progress, you proactively communicate your findings with your Regional Manager and Sales Representative(s) you are supporting to push yourself to exceed each goal. When onsite with clients, you use your product knowledge and quick thinking to solve product problems and inform doctors, nurses and other staff as to the proper use and maintenance of our products. You take great pride in meticulously managing and maintaining your sample inventory of products and are prepared to assist a customer whenever the need arises. As an ET Associate Sales Representative you love living in the fast lane and find purpose in selling Stryker products that are making healthcare better. As an Associate Sales Representative you may be asked to cover open territories, which will give you the opportunity to grow in your responsibilities.

In this role, you will contribute to our mission through driving global sales growth for the company&rsquo;s medical device portfolio. As a Senior International Sales Manager, EU, ASIAPAC, &amp; LATAM working on the International Sales team, you will be empowered through meaningful work and career development to execute international sales strategies, manage distributor relationships, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and achieve revenue targets across designated regions. A typical day will include- managing sales objectives, forecasting, and identifying strategic growth opportunities.</p><p><b>
POSITION OBJECTIVES:</b></p><ul><li>
Manage sales objectives for defined regions, support existing distribution relationships to grow revenue and units in multiple surgical indications for spine and general orthopedics.</li><li>
Forecast sales quarterly and monitor performance against targets monthly.</li><li>
Develop and implement yearly international sales plans aligned with company objectives</li><li>
Prospect for new business by identifying and qualifying sales leads generated from referrals, networking, marketing, and cold calling.</li><li>
Identify strategic growth opportunities, and maintain strong relationships with key surgeon users, distributors and approved agents.</li><li>
Answer a wide range of questions concerning surgical applications, as well as clinical technique, related to biologics/bone grafting products.</li><li>
Assist with case coverage, in-servicing, and distribution/agent support.</li><li>
Lead sales training for new agent representatives.</li><li>
Perform troubleshooting and identify and resolve problems quickly and with confidence.</li></ul>
