Phyle Inventory Control Specialists (PICS) is hiring new inventory auditors to be counters for retail merchandise around the Plano, TX area. Our highly motivated employees move up in the company and make great managers.
We Offer:<ul><li>
Paid training, flexible schedules, and the opportunity for advancement for our highly productive team members. Most of our managers began their career as inventory auditors.</li><li>
Paid transportation will be provided to any inventory outside of a 30 mile radius of your designated district office.</li><li>
Starting pay is $17.00+, depending on experience and responsibilities. Raises are given based on productivity. Higher pay is provided for employees with additional responsibilities (Driver, pharmacy counter, etc.). Personal Drivers receive pay for their time and mileage.</li><li>
Additional hours are available for Team Leaders, drivers, and employees who count in pharmacies.</li></ul>
Position Requirements:<ul><li>
Be available to work first and/or third shifts. Shifts typically last 5 to 7 hours on average.</li><li>
Must have reliable transportation to get to inventory sites within a 30 mile radius of the district office.</li><li>
Each inventory is in a different city and will require the team to travel to the different destinations when scheduled.</li><li>
10-key data entry (calculator) experience is a plus, but not required.</li><li>
Requires stepping up on step stools, reaching and stooping down to count merchandise from top shelves to bottom shelves.</li><li>
Must be 18 years of age or older.</li></ul>

<div>The Inventory Auditor supports retail inventory accuracy by performing physical counts, Full Store counts and inventory reconciliations across all locations. This role helps ensure inventory records match physical stock, identifies discrepancies, and supports loss prevention and operational accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
Perform physical inventory counts on a rotation at all stores
Verify product quantities
Compare physical counts to back-office system
Document inventory discrepancies such as shortages, overages, or mislabels
Support investigations into shrink, damaged goods, or inventory errors
Accurately record count results and supporting documentation
Communicate findings to supervisors, store management, and inventory teams

About the Position</h1>
The Inventory Clerk maintains inventory levels and accuracy in a distribution center. This position is responsible for reporting, physical inventory, and system audits and for utilizing the inventory management system to prepare and track materials and products in preparation for shipping and receiving demands to meet customer needs. Various sites may require additional support based on the nature of the business. This could include, but is not limited to, product holds/releases, recalls, and returns. In addition, specific practices and/or regulations may exist (i.e. food safety).<h1 class="jobSectionHeader">

Maintain perpetual inventory of materials and products and generates applicable inventory reports.</li><li>
Perform daily cycle count activities and inventory audits and track and monitor all damaged product in inventory; provide necessary reports to leadership.</li><li>
Verify clerical inventory records against physical inventory counts; investigates and reports discrepancies.</li><li>
May coordinate product recalls, holds/releases, product infestation audits.</li><li>
May monitor pest control program if required at site.</li><li>

Ensure facility is inspection ready at all times (i.e. SQFI, FDA or other customer needs).</li><li>
