The Inventory Control Associate is responsible for operating MHEs for the purpose of moving, locating, relocating, stacking, and counting. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Job Purpose: The Inventory Control Clerk is responsible for conducting cycle counts and bin location audits, assisting in researching and reconciling inventory discrepancies and working with the Inventory Supervisor/Manager in any inventory related functions concerned with inventorying materials, supplies, tools, equipment, and parts, in stockroom, warehouse, or yard.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

. Performs physical counts of inventory items in order to maintain accurate inventory.

. Counts and reconciles randomly chosen or chosen part numbers and/or locations on a daily basis.

. Accurately inputs inventory control data to ensure inventory integrity.

. Completes necessary documentation thoroughly, accurately, and on-time.

. Traces history of items to determine reasons for discrepancies between inventory and stock control records and recommends remedial actions to resolve discrepancies.

. Other tasks as assigned by supervisor/manager

. Spends 80% or more of the workday performing inventory related activities in the warehouse using an RF Gun or Tablet. 20% or less of the workday is spent working at a computer terminal.

Job Purpose:

Prepares the Bingo paper for bingo games, and reconciles paper inventory.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

<ul><li>Prepares Bingo paper for Bingo games by stocking each floor clerk&rsquo;s locker with paper, and by scanning each floor clerk&rsquo;s issue in the presence of the individual. Through scanning, the amount of issued items are generated in the operating system and a receipt will be printed. Scanning paper items will validate the paper for play. Both the Issue clerk and floor clerk will sign the receipt in acknowledgment. The Issue Clerk will prepare all paper before the start of each shift.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Reconciles Bingo paper supply by receiving unsold bingo paper, and by scanning the items back into inventory in the operating system. The Floor clerks will return paper at designated times throughout their shift.</li></ul>
<ul><li>The Bingo Supervisor and Bingo Issue clerk will complete an end of the month audit, alongside the independent auditor.</li></ul>

 Responsibilities
 
 
 
 The primary duties and responsibilities of this role are:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Collaborates closely with procurement team to ensure accurate reporting of all productivity metrics, including vendor accreditation, invoices, item master data, manual PRs, POs, and related activities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure accurate recording of purchasing information by performing data entry tasks associated with item creation, item maintenance and updates for purchase orders.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist with the preparation of various monthly reports on orders raised, products used, and a list of stock holding issued to departments, ensuring adequate levels are maintained
 </li>
 <li>
 Resolve any discrepancies between purchase orders, receiving documentation and vendor invoices
 </li>
 <li>
 Perform other administrative functions associated with the function as necessary
 </li>
 <li>
 Catalogue and maintain product and supplier files
 </li>
 <li>
 Document all relevant information and supplier responses in regard to product availability, specification and price
 </li>

 Collaborate with end users and Inventory Control to manage inventory levels to supply operational needs, yet maximize turnover and storage space

 Enforce Procurement internal controls, policies and procedures

 Advise the Manager, Procurement of unusual or remarkable costs, purchases and consumption of inventory and non-inventory items and suggest ways to reduce costs, including alternative sources for products

 Manages requests submitted through the SharePoint tool, coordinating with the team to provide timely support to requestor teams
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensures all requests are addressed promptly, prioritizing tasks as needed.

 Assists the Procurement Team in uploading price lists into the BirchStreet System in alignment with the bidding schedule.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintains and reviews key Supply Chain Management systems (e.g., BirchStreet System, Manual PR/PO Monitoring List) accurately and within the required timelines.

 Coordinates with Business Units, suppliers, and other stakeholders to resolve any issues related to data or information.

 Performs master data cleansing in the BirchStreet System per the established schedule.
