Only through the strength of our employees will we attain our business goals.</p><p><b>POSITION OVERVIEW AND PURPOSE</b></p><p>An Inventory Control Coordinator assists in stock taking, monitoring inventory and performs inventory control responsibilities in order to assist in the coordination of the incoming and outgoing of product.</p><p><b>SHIFT HOURS: Monday - Friday, 12:00pm - 8:30pm</b></p><p><b>ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES</b></p><ul><li>Update and review all inspections and corrected inventories.</li><li>Perform scheduled cycle counts by reviewing documentation and verifying against perpetual stock in inventory.</li><li>Generate reports and documentation to research failure activity (e.g., missing stock, unscheduled product moves, non-executed scheduled product moves and more).</li><li>Update inventory based on results of failure research by entering data into WMS following appropriate Arcadia policies and procedures.</li><li>Generate follow-up reports to verify accuracy of adjustments.</li><li>Research for customer claims.</li><li>Participate in all scheduled audits by counting, researching, adjusting, and generating reports.</li><li>Verify item set-up and integrity in dimensions, code dating and UPC&rsquo;s. Evaluate set-up and slotting to best assist all areas of Arcadia operation including Receiving, Warehousing and Shipping.</li><li>Analyze inventory imbalances through research and physical checks to improve inventory integrity.</li><li>Identify process improvement and opportunities for change.</li><li>Print and purge monthly master lot, store one month locally in binder.</li><li>Supply all lot information on cut orders (i.e., tally previous pulled orders).</li><li>Audit product availability error report.</li><li>Comply with and ensure compliance with Company policies and safety procedures.</li><li>Monitor all automation equipment and controls to ensure proper inventory levels and accuracy.</li><li>Maintain a safe work environment.</li><li>Perform other duties and special projects as needed.</li></ul><p><b>QUALIFICATIONS</b></p><ul><li>High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and 2-3 years of warehouse inventory-related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of relevant education and experience.</li><li>Knowledge of cataloguing inventory techniques and packaging of goods.</li><li>Basic technological knowledge and the ability to operate a PC.</li><li>Good organizational and time management skills.</li><li>Strong communication and analytical skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently and coordinate with other departments of the organization.</li><li>Must have a solid work ethic, excellent interpersonal skills, and ability to work well with others.</li></ul><p><i>Arcadia Cold Storage and Logistics is an equal opportunity employer.
