</b></p><p>An Inventory Management Specialist is a responsible, organized Team Member who can safely work in a fast-paced environment and provide support to all areas of the store which serves as the basis for successful store operations.
</p><p>An Inventory Management Specialist&rsquo;s responsibilities include
</p><ul><li><p>Receiving and unloading of merchandise ensuring quality, count, and condition.
</p></li><li><p>Great organizational skills, maintaining a neat and clean back room and dock area.
</p></li><li><p>Processing vendor statements and bills on a weekly basis
</p></li><li><p>Excellent communication skills, with store team members and vendor partners
</p></li><li><p>Supporting overall in-stock conditions through store operations and vendor support to enhance the customer experience
</p></li><li><p>Ordering for various areas throughout the store and maintaining proper inventory control throughout the store.
</p></li><li><p>Follow all Company Policies in order to reduce waste and unnecessary costs and provide increased profitability.

</b></p><ul><li><p>Friendly and customer service oriented. Interest in food a plus!
</p></li><li><p>Grocery or similar experience desired
</p></li><li><p>Self-motivated, with a high attention to organization, detail, quality, and presentation
</p></li><li><p>Skills to communicate effectively with coworkers and customers
</p></li><li><p>Ability to work independently, effectively manage time and multitask in a fast-paced environment
</p></li><li><p>Ability to read, understand and follow through on verbal and written directions
</p></li><li><p>Ability to reliably meet required work schedule and adhere to company attendance policy<br>
