 The Inventory Supervisor is responsible for overseeing end-to-end inventory management activities to ensure optimal stock availability, accuracy, and cost efficiency across warehouse and operations functions.  Job Summary
 
 
 
 The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for registering, barcoding, and labeling assets, as well as performing reconciliations. The Warehouse Supervisor maintains warehouse conditions, rectifying any issues promptly, and supervising all warehouse operations. The position involves managing stock levels, conducting semi-annual and annual inventory checks, and updating the warehouse key register. The Warehouse Supervisor also prepares monthly and annual reports, supervises warehouse staff, monitors warehouse productivity, and coordinates the receipt and storage of goods. Additionally, the role focuses on improving warehouse processes through strategic planning to optimize efficiency.
 
 
 
 Job Description
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Responsible for completing inventory actions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate tracking Nile University assets movement and ensure that all movements are updated in the Fixed Assets Register.
 </li>
 <li>
 Responsible for FA registration, barcoding, labeling assets, and reconciliation.
 </li>
 <li>
 Check the warehouse's physical condition and take all necessary actions to rectify issues before or upon occurrence.
 </li>
 <li>
 Supervise all warehouses and code warehouse items.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain sufficient stock levels for Nile University and avoid excessive storage.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor and control inventory conducted by the department team on a semi-annual and annual basis for all stored items.
 </li>
 <li>
 Update the warehouse key register and complete the handover for team members.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct unexpected inventory operations in the warehouse.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare monthly and annual warehouse reports.
 </li>
 <li>
 Supervise warehouse staff and daily activities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage, evaluate, and report on warehouse productivity.
 </li>
 <li>
 Track and coordinate the receipt and storage of goods.
 </li>
 <li>
 Improve warehouse work processes through strategic planning to create a more efficient fulfillment system.
 </li>
 <li>
 Perform any additional tasks assigned by management that fall within the same specialty and nature of daily work.

 </ul>
 Job Requirements
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in accounting, logistics, supply chain or relevant field.
 </li>
 <li>
 +5 years of experience in the same field.
 </li>
 <li>
 Inventory Management Software Proficiency
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent time management, organizational, and communication skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
