Required Qualifications<ul><li>
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.</li><li>
5-7 years of relevant experience, preferably in the financial services industry, including 3-5 years in the HNW wealth management space.</li><li>
Familiarity with Financial planning concepts and strong analytical and reporting skills.</li><li>
Strong investment products knowledge or willingness to acquire it (critical for discussions and recommendations).</li><li>
Experience with financial tools like Morningstar Direct, Preqin etc.</li><li>
Detailed oriented with strong analytical skills.</li><li>
Strong communications skills, both oral and written, to interact with team, business partners, advisors, and senior management.</li><li>
Ability to take direction and work independently with minimal supervision.</li><li>
Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and across the organization.</li></ul>
Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in mathematics, Finance, Statistics, Economics, or Accounting</li><li>
Preferred certifications (not mandatory): CFA and/or CFP and/or Series 7/63/66 and/or SIE, or progress towards.</li></ul>
