Requirements</b><br>

Provides direction and leadership in the areas of contracting services, management of the purchase of broad categories of spend such as services, supplies, equipment, and materials, sourcing of goods and services and negotiating prices and contracts to ensure overall function strategy is implemented effectively, within budget, and in compliance with all regulations and standards</li><li>
