We have a new opportunity in our Ankeny, Iowa office for a full-time Invoicing Analyst to be responsible for creating financial documents like credit memos and invoices for customers to receive. Their duties include processing bills from clients or customers, overseeing the review of monthly balances across departments and maintaining organized financial records of invoices and other documents.
Responsibilities of the Invoicing Analyst Position
Assist Explosives Invoicing Manager in ensuring paperwork is being received in a timely manner. 
Enter data into accounting software. 
Process customer invoices and credit memos. 
Analyze paperwork received from job sites for discrepancies. 
Review invoices for discrepancies. 
Communicate with various internal departments and external companies regarding billing issues and obtain PO numbers. 
Update customer information. 
Mail invoices to customers. 
Assist the Explosives Invoicing Manager with customer inquiries. 
Assist the Explosives Invoicing ManagerAccounts Receivable department with past due accounts.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in accounting preferred.
 
2-3 years accounting experience.

Role Summary: We are seeking an expert VAT Technology Consultant to spearhead the implementation of the UAE Federal Tax Authority&rsquo;s (FTA) E-invoicing mandate. You will be responsible for ensuring our core banking systems, ERPs, and procurement portals are seamlessly integrated with Accredited Service Providers (ASPs). Your goal is to ensure 100% compliance with the &quot;5-corner&quot; interoperability model while maintaining the bank's data residency and security standards.
Key Responsibilities<ul><li>
Gap Analysis &amp; Roadmap: Conduct a comprehensive impact assessment of the E-invoicing mandate on banking products (Retail, Corporate, Treasury) and internal procurement.</li><li>
ASP Selection &amp; Integration: Lead the technical evaluation and onboarding of FTA-Accredited Service Providers. Ensure the integration handles PINT AE XML formats.</li><li>
Data Mapping: Define the &quot;Data Dictionary&quot; for the bank. Map internal transaction codes to mandatory FTA fields (UUID, Digital Signatures, QR codes, and VAT breakdowns).</li><li>
Compliance Oversight: Ensure the bank meets the 14-day reporting deadline and implement protocols for reporting system failures to the FTA within 2 business days.</li><li>
Tax Advisory: Provide specific guidance on complex banking scenarios, such as &quot;Reverse Charge Mechanism&quot; (RCM) on foreign software licenses and &quot;Deemed Supplies.&quot;</li><li>
