Can complete difficult job tasks according to job specifications with minimal or no supervision.

</p><p>3. Inspects work site to determine presence of obstructions which will affect structural stability.
</p><p>4. Advanced rigging and material handling skills.
</p><p>5. Rigs, directs lifts and stages material, parts and equipment.
</p><p>6. Fits and erects structural steel members according to specifications and drawings.
</p><p>7. Follows ALL safety precautions when climbing or working from elevated heights.
</p><p>8. Burns and cuts with Oxy Fuel torch to close part tolerance with minimal grinding clean up.

</li></ul><ul><li>Use a variety of hand tools and power tools including torches, levels, grinders, reamers, and hydraulic equipment.
</li></ul><ul><li>Work at heights using fall protection systems, scaffolds, ladders, and aerial lifts in accordance with safety procedures.
</li></ul><ul><li>Collaborate with crane operators, riggers, welders, and other trades to ensure coordinated and timely completion of tasks..
</li></ul><ul><li>Determine the number, sizes, shapes, and locations of reinforcing rods from blueprints, sketches, or oral instructions.
</li></ul><ul><li>Plans sequence of installation to avoid obstructions and activities of other construction workers.
</li></ul><ul><li>Cuts reinforcing iron and rebar to required lengths using hacksaw, bar cutters, or cutting torch according to site specific and industry standards.
