The Corporate Recruiter plays a critical role in supporting our business strategy and will partner with hiring managers across the organization to ensure that key hiring initiatives are being met. You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of the recruitment process and will partner with hiring managers across various departments to identify, attract, and hire top-tier talent. Your goal is to deliver an exceptional candidate experience while ensuring our hiring processes are efficient, equitable, and aligned with our long-term business goals.</p>

This role will focus specifically on our GTM team to help scale our revenue-generating teams. You will be the engine behind our growth, responsible for identifying and hiring top-tier talent<br>
across Sales, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations. As a GTM Recruiter, you aren&rsquo;t just filling seats; you are a talent advisor who understands the competitive landscape and can effectively sell our vision to passive candidates.</p>
<p><b>
What you&rsquo;ll do:</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Execute a robust recruiting strategy to meet the hiring demands of the organization. This includes gaining a strong understanding of the open roles, managing external postings to drive active candidate applications, sourcing qualified passive candidates, reviewing resumes, pre-screening candidates, managing the interview process, collecting, and reviewing candidate feedback, and maintaining all appropriate documentation.</li>
<li>Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.</li>
<li>Conduct phone, virtual Zoom and/or in-person interviews.</li>
<li>Consult with managers to discover staffing requirements and specific job objectives.</li>
<li>Drive and manage a pipeline of high-quality candidates, with a focus on diversity, by proactively sourcing via multiple channels including social media, web sourcing, searches, referrals, and hiring events.</li>
<li>Write and post job descriptions on career websites and other recruitment sites.</li>
<li>Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, specialized job boards, and networking to build a robust pipeline of diverse, high-caliber candidates.</li>
<li>Maintaining Passive Pipelines: Implement strategic initiatives to maintain a passive pipeline for future hiring needs. You will build intentional, future-ready talent pipelines across our GTM organization&mdash;including Account Executives, Customer Success Managers, and Sales Development Representatives. Partner with local universities and other organizations to attract talent.</li>
<li>Implement processes to improve our overall recruiting efforts and support our ability to scale in the future.</li>
<li>Remain current on the latest trends in recruiting, the competitive landscape, market drivers, diversity and more, educating and sharing this knowledge with our internal teams.</li>
<li>Help identify areas for process improvement and help implement changes.</li>
<li>Track and report on key recruiting metrics (time-to-hire, source of hire, conversion rates) to optimize the hiring process.</li>
<li>Manage the full-cycle recruitment process including offer process, reference and background checks, salary expectations and recommendations.</li>
<li>Coordinate interviews with candidates and members of the hiring team.</li>
<li>Collaborate with the Marketing team to enhance our employer brand specifically within the GTM community. Help Procare establish itself as a top employer within the tech space.</li>
<li>Implement strategic initiatives to maintain a passive pipeline for future hiring needs. You will build intentional, future-ready talent pipelines across our GTM organization&mdash;including Account Executives, Customer Success Managers, and Sales Development Representatives. Partner with local universities and other organizations to attract talent.</li>
<li>Support various HR and TA initiatives as needed.</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Our ideal candidate will have:</b></p>
<ul>
<li>3+ years' of full-cycle recruiting experience, with at least 2 years specifically focused on GTM/Revenue roles (SDRs, AEs, CSMs, etc.) in a fast-paced tech environment.</li>
<li>Demonstrated success utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter and other alternative sourcing methods to identify and hire high level positions with niche skill sets.</li>
<li>Ability to build and implement successful, creative approaches to talent acquisition.</li>
<li>Experience sourcing passive talent on various talent sourcing solutions.</li>
<li>Proven track record of effective partnerships with hiring managers, technical leaders, and others across the organization.</li>
<li>Proven ability to manage a high volume of open requisitions in a fast-paced environment.</li>
<li>Exceptional ability to connect with candidates and tell Procare&rsquo;s story in a way that speaks to their career goals and other motivation.</li>
<li>Passion for innovative sourcing and recruiting techniques to identify and connect with diverse and difficult to find talent groups.</li>
<li>Proficiency with modern ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, iCIMS/SkillSurvey) and other CRM tools.</li>
<li>Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills.</li>
<li>Knowledge of behavioral interviewing techniques (e.g., STAR method).</li>
<li>Strong understanding of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) best practices in hiring.</li>
<li>Proficiency with Microsoft office suite.</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Physical Requirements:</b></p>

<li>This position works most of the time in a fixed office location and may involve sitting and/or standing for prolonged periods</li>
<li>Frequently required to communicate verbally and in writing (mostly email) with customers, prospects, and other employees</li>
<li>Use of computer, telephone, and other office equipment for the greater part of the workday</li>
<li>Occasional travel may be required for this position</li>
