The IT Infrastructure Administrator &ndash; Customer Technology supports the stability, performance, and reliability of the technology deployed at customer caf&eacute;s, events, and micro-market locations. This entry-level role works under the guidance of the IT Infrastructure Manager &ndash; Customer Technology and senior infrastructure team members, providing hands-on support and learning across networking, systems, and customer-site technologies. The role serves as an escalation point from IT Support for basic<br>
infrastructure issues while building greater technical skills over time. This position offers strong growth potential into advanced infrastructure, cloud, or network engineering roles.<br>
</div><ul><li>Assist with the installation, configuration, and support of customer-site infrastructure, including networks, POS hardware, and related systems.</li>
<li>Support monitoring of system availability, performance, and connectivity at caf&eacute;, events, and micro market locations.</li>
<li>Respond to escalated issues from the IT Support team and follow documented troubleshooting procedures.</li>
<li>Perform routine maintenance tasks such as patching, upgrades, and equipment replacements under supervision.</li>
<li>Assist with basic network troubleshooting involving LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and connectivity issues.</li>
<li>Support inventory tracking, asset updates, and documentation for customer-site technology.</li>
<li>Maintain technical documentation, diagrams, and standard operating procedures as directed.</li>
<li>Work closely with Infrastructure Administrators and the IT Infrastructure Manager to learn best practices and standards.</li>
<li>Participate in customer-site deployments, upgrades, and technology refresh initiatives.</li>
<li>Follow security standards and operational procedures when working with infrastructure and customer environments.</li>
<li>Identify opportunities to improve processes, documentation, and support efficiency.</li>

Associate&rsquo;s or Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; equivalent experience considered.</li>

<li>Familiarity with Windows/Linux operating systems and basic server or endpoint administration concepts.</li>
