 Lead end-to-end delivery of IT infrastructure initiatives. Develop and manage detailed project plans using both Agile (Scrum, sprints) and Waterfall methodologies.  PMO STANDARDS &amp; CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT
 
 
 
 Contribute to the development and improvement of PMO standards, templates, and processes. Support initiatives that enhance IT ways of working, including process optimization and automation. Maintain accurate project documentation and reports using PMO tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence). Help ensure consistency and quality across the entire project portfolio.

Project Engineer &ndash; ITS Systems (Traffic &amp; Telecom)Location: DubaiExpected Joining Date: 1 July 2026Role Summary: Responsible for supporting the Project Manager in planning, execution, and coordination of Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) installation, integration, and delivery activities related to traffic and telecom systems.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Assist in project planning, scheduling, execution, and progress monitoring.</li><li>Coordinate with design, procurement, and site teams to ensure smooth project delivery.</li><li>Review shop drawings, material submittals, and technical documents.</li><li>Monitor installation activities related to Dynamic Message Signs (DMS), Lane Control Systems (LCS), control cabinets, fiber optic networks, and power cabling works.</li><li>Coordinate interface activities with consultants, clients, and other contractors.</li><li>Support testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and project handover activities.</li><li>Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Communication Engineering.</li><li>5&ndash;8 years of relevant experience in ITS, traffic systems, or telecom infrastructure projects.</li><li>Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.</li></ul>Mandatory Experience:<ul><li>Must have experience in Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) or infrastructure projects involving roadside systems such as Dynamic Message Signs (DMS), traffic systems, telecom systems, or network-based field equipment.</li><li>Experience in installation, coordination, testing, and commissioning activities in multi-contractor environments is required.</li><li>UAE project experience will be an advantage.</li></ul>Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED16,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Your current salary, Expected salary &amp; Notice period?</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Required)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Project engineer/site engineer: 4 years (Required)</li><li>ITS/Telecom/ELV Systems: 5 years (Required)</li><li>Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS)/smart traffic: 3 years (Required)</li><li>working in UAE/GCC: 5 years (Required)</li></ul>License/Certification:<ul><li>UAE Driving license (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
