Manage and maintain server hardware and related infrastructure, including installation, troubleshooting, and lifecycle management.</li><li>

Qualifications:</b></p><ul><li>
2+ years of IT support or IT operations experience in a business or enterprise environment</li><li>
Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows, macOS, hardware, and common business applications</li><li>
Familiarity with IT asset management and lifecycle management best practices</li><li>
Basic understanding of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, switches, Wi-Fi, and VoIP systems</li><li>
experience with virtual machine (VM) environments such as VMware or similar virtualization platforms</li><li>
Familiarity with IT Service Management (ITSM) tools (such as Jira Service Management, ServiceNow, or similar ticketing systems)</li><li>
Basic SQL knowledge and ability to perform simple queries for troubleshooting, reporting, or system data verification</li><li>
Experience supporting Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or logistics-related systems is a plus</li><li>
Strong organizational, documentation, and communication skills</li><li>
