Your goal is to ensure 100% legal compliance and zero operational downtime.</p><ul><li><b>Visa &amp; Residency Management:</b> Expertly handle the end-to-end process for new employment visas, renewals, and cancellations via <b>GDRFA/Amer</b> and <b>MOHRE/Tasheel</b> portals.</li><li><b>Licensing &amp; Permits:</b> Manage the timely renewal of the Company Trade License, Chamber of Commerce, and Ejari.</li><li><b>External Relations:</b> Represent Car Habibi at DED, Dubai Municipality, RTA, Civil Defense, and Dubai Police.</li><li><b>Legal Advisory:</b> Stay ahead of changes in UAE Labor Law and immigration policies to provide proactive advice to management.</li></ul><p>Key Responsibilities</p><ul><li><b>System Operations:</b> Execute all transactions on government smart apps and portals (Smart Dubai, MOHRE, GDRFA) without errors.</li><li><b>Document Control:</b> Maintain a rigorous tracking system for all employee documents (Passports, Visas, Emirates IDs) and company permits.</li><li><b>Medical &amp; Biometrics:</b> Coordinate and physically accompany staff for medical fitness tests and Emirates ID biometrics to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.</li><li><b>Fine Mitigation:</b> Proactively monitor all expiry dates to ensure the company incurs <b>zero</b> late fees or penalties.</li><li><b>WPS &amp; Labor:</b> Assist the Accountant in ensuring the Wage Protection System (WPS) is compliant with labor contracts.</li></ul><p>Requirements</p><ul><li><b>Experience:</b> 3&ndash;5 years of solid experience as a PRO in Dubai. <b>Direct experience working within an Amer Center is a significant advantage.</b></li><li><b>Portal Expertise:</b> Mastery of the <b>Amer/GDRFA (Vision)</b> and <b>MOHRE</b> systems is mandatory.</li><li><b>Language:</b> Fluent <b>Arabic</b> (written and spoken) is highly preferred; excellent English communication is a must.</li><li><b>Communication:</b> Ability to explain complex government procedures to international staff and management clearly.</li></ul><p>Job Type: Full-time</p><p>Pay: From AED2,500.00 per month</p>
