 The coordinator is the engine that keeps the program's day-to-day moving. A large part of the role is organizing and actively participating in client meetings and chasing the customer for the input, validation, and sign-off the program depends on. The Program Manager owns the overall schedule; this role supports it by maintaining the detailed task tracking and technical dependency map beneath it. Because engineers and task owners will be self-reporting status, the coordinator needs a strong enough technical orientation to understand what a deliverable actually requires &mdash; so that padded estimates, glossed-over dependencies, and sandbagged timelines don't go unchallenged.  KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 Organize, schedule, and actively participate in client meetings &mdash; scrums, working sessions, sprint retrospectives, monthly updates, and executive syncs.
