Job Overview
<br>XPECT Solutions is seeking a highly skilled IT Project Manager to lead enterprise‑level technology initiatives and ensure the successful execution of all contract requirements. The IT Project Manager is responsible for the successful development, implementation, schedule, and cost performance of the major program, or multiple programs, through subordinate program/project managers (non-tech), in accordance with the client's requirements and policies, procedures and guidelines. The IT Project Manager will serve as the official point of contact with Government representatives.

<li>Create standard operating procedures in partnerships with government personnel to enhance security operations, improve response capabilities, and to meet compliance requirements</li>
<li>Work with various government departments in deploying best security practices as results of planned cybersecurity assessments on systems and data</li>
