Key Responsibilities

Workforce Supervision &amp; Staffing
<ul><li>Supervise and coordinate daily work assignments and schedules for janitorial staff.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Ensure time and attendance policies are strictly followed; review, validate, and submit daily/weekly timesheets accurately and on time.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Assist with recruiting, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and training of new and replacement staff.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Provide ongoing coaching, performance feedback, and corrective action as needed.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Ensure adequate staffing coverage for routine operations, periodic work, absences, and special services.</li></ul>

Training &amp; Playbook Compliance
<ul><li>Train staff on proper cleaning methods, equipment use, chemical handling, and customer expectations.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Ensure full compliance with the Pritchard Operating Playbook, with specific emphasis on:</li></ul>

o Workplace safety and OSHA standards

o PPE usage and chemical safety (SDS compliance)

o Quality standards and inspection readiness
<ul><li>Reinforce standard work and escalate deviations immediately.</li></ul>

Safety &amp; Quality Assurance
<ul><li>Conduct daily site inspections and routine quality audits to ensure service standards are met.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Perform and document safety inspections, ensuring hazards are identified, corrected, and reported.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Monitor employee adherence to safety protocols, PPE usage, and safe work practices.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Report incidents, near misses, injuries, and building deficiencies promptly per established procedures.</li></ul>

Inventory, Materials &amp; Equipment Management
<ul><li>Maintain accurate inventory of supplies, materials, and equipment at assigned locations.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Track inventory levels, anticipate needs, and submit orders in accordance with approved processes.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Identify and escalate ordering issues, shortages, or delays that may impact service delivery.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Ensure equipment is properly maintained, stored, and used safely.</li></ul>

Reporting &amp; Communication Cadence
<ul><li>Complete daily operational reporting, including but not limited to:</li></ul>

o Safety incidents or concerns

o Staffing status and coverage gaps

o Inspection results and quality issues

o Inventory levels and ordering challenges

o Customer feedback or service issues
<ul><li>Prepare and submit a weekly roll-up report summarizing:</li></ul>

o Safety performance

o Staffing and attendance trends

o Inspection scores and quality outcomes

o Materials and inventory status

o Open issues, risks, and corrective actions

Experience in janitorial operations and distribution center environment strongly preferred.</li><li>
1-3 years in a Lead/Supervisory role</li><li>
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals, and safe handling for chemicals sheets/documents (generally in English; may have in Spanish where state required)</li><li>
Ability to follow OSHA requirements, safety guidelines, and forklift instructions.</li><li>
Customer Service oriented, friendly, and positive demeanor with the ability to motivate team members and support customer requests in an orderly and timely manner.</li><li>

All non-exempt employees are required to download and use the KBSPresence app on their personal mobile devices to clock in and out for their shifts and breaks. In accordance with applicable local laws, cell phone reimbursement is provided to support the use of personal devices for work-related tasks.</li></ul>
