Work closely with cross-functional teams including merchandising, marketing and retail to ensure cohesive brand messaging and a unified brand experience across all touchpoints.
Collaborate with external partners such as gemologists, artisans, and suppliers to source materials and bring designs to fruition.
Qualifications:

<li>Bachelor's degree in Jewelry Design, Fashion Design, Fine Arts, or related field. Master's degree preferred.</li>
<li>Proven track record of success in jewelry design, with a minimum of 8-10 years of experience in a design leadership role within the luxury jewelry industry.</li>
