 Provide exceptional accounting and operational service to our clients.
 </li>

 Support client onboarding process for all assigned client engagements in accordance with defined process.
 </li>
 <li>
 Compile and organize data provided by clients, such as invoices, receipts, and bank statements
 </li>
 <li>
 Record financial transactions and post the appropriate journal entries within accounting system
 </li>
 <li>
 Reconcile accounts on time and recommend, and implement actions to resolve discrepancies
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintains accounts by verifying, allocating, and posting transactions
 </li>
 <li>
 Make adjusting entries where necessary and as advised by managing accountant
 </li>
 <li>
 Comply with accounting standards and ethics
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintains financial security by following internal controls
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with the North American colleagues and other business lines, as necessary

 Primary Duties

 Maintain accurate financial records (bookkeeping) utilizing a variety of software platforms such as Xero, QuickBooks, VT, Sage 50, Freeagent, Clear Books and Excel.

 Prepare financial statements including necessary disclosures as per FRS-105 and FRS-102 standards.
 </li>
 <li>
 Calculate Corporation Tax in compliance with UK tax legislation.
 </li>
 <li>
 Draft correspondence letters and other essential documents.
 </li>
 <li>
 File financial statements and corporation tax returns with both Company&rsquo;s House and HMRC.
 </li>
 <li>
 Compile VAT returns adhering to UK VAT regulations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Complete individual personal income tax returns in accordance with UK tax legislation would be a desirable extra.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain monthly payroll records utilizing Sage 50 payroll software, would be advantageous.
