 The Opportunity
 
 
 
 
 Role
 
 
 
 
 In this role you will:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Assist in the preparation of monthly management accounts; profit and loss account and balance sheet in line with Group set deadlines.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure all assigned balance sheet reconciliations are completed on a monthly basis.
 </li>
 <li>
 Review monthly revenue recognition &amp; work in progress calculations, assisted by Senior Financial Accountant and Manager.
 </li>
 <li>
 Detailed understanding of accruals and prepayment accounting
 </li>
 <li>
 Tangible and Intangible asset accounting
 </li>
 <li>
 Bank Reconciliations
 </li>
 <li>
 Management and Statutory account variance analysis
 </li>
 <li>
 Detailed understanding of bad debt provisioning or AR reserve
 </li>
 <li>
 Preparation of journal entries, data entry, control accounts, reconciliations and review processes by AR &amp; AP staff.
 </li>
 <li>
 Review monthly payroll and support the payroll process as required.
 </li>
 <li>
 Taking ownership of entities' local Audits (with support from Manager).
 </li>
 <li>
 Involvement in finance projects as required.
 </li>
 <li>
 VAT reporting.
 </li>
 <li>
 Regulatory reporting for specific jurisdictions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Supporting the team of accountants on ad hoc tasks and project work
 
 
 
 </li>

 Minimum 2 years of work experience in Finance Accounting and Reporting
 </li>
 <li>
 Partially qualified accountant with a desire to obtain full professional qualification
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong attention to detail

 Have strong problem-solving and excellent verbal &amp; written communication.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strive to continually improve and deliver quality.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
 </li>
