About the position:
As Junior Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in the day to day operations of Stellar Health Recruiting Team. Reporting to the VP, People, you will be tasked with supporting the full-cycle recruitment process for positions across both technical and non-technical functions. Your responsibilities will include sourcing, interviewing, scheduling, reporting and general ATS administration. This is a great role for someone with one to two years of experience, who is looking to expand their career in Recruiting.
What you&rsquo;ll do:<ul><li>
Support full-cycle recruiting across functions, including (but not limited to) GTM, Operations, Customer Success, Finance, Product, Engineering and Enterprise Analytics.</li><li>
Independently manage aspects of the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing and scheduling.</li><li>
Implement personalized and strategic sourcing efforts to identify and engage high-caliber technical talent, ensuring a strong pipeline of candidates who align with our company's mission and values.</li><li>
Utilize data to continuously identify opportunities to streamline and improve recruiting processes, enhancing efficiency and effectiveness.</li><li>
Proactively manage up to address and resolve bottlenecks in the recruitment process, ensuring timely progress by communicating challenges and collaborating on solutions.</li><li>
Maintain a high degree of accountability for your work, consistently delivering on your goals.</li></ul>
As a Junior Recruiter you should have:<ul><li>
A minimum of 1 year of career experience in recruiting is required.
</li><li>Prior experience with Ashby is required.</li><li>
Intermediate Excel skills, highly preferred.</li><li>
Excellent time management, project management, and prioritization skills</li><li>
Ability to communicate effectively with hiring managers and provide data-driven insights and recommendations.</li><li>
Ability to quickly adapt to changing priorities and business needs.</li><li>
High degree of professionalism, integrity, and ethics, and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.</li><li>
