You will be responsible for bridging the gap between raw AI outputs and polished, commercial-ready content, ensuring every frame&mdash;whether generated or filmed&mdash;meets Serenity's technical and aesthetic benchmarks. 
Key Responsibilities<ul><li>
Hybrid Content Production: Create high-fidelity video content and lifelike AI avatars by blending generative AI tools with traditional NLE (Non-Linear Editing) workflows.</li><li>
The &quot;Final Polish&quot;: Manually identify and fix common AI discrepancies, including visual artifacts, background warping, &quot;shimmering,&quot; and lip-sync misalignments.</li><li>
Technical Asset Prep: Use Photoshop for high-end retouching, compositing, and preparing &quot;plates&quot; or &quot;seed images&quot; to guide AI video generation.</li><li>
Creative Translation: Turn scripts and creative briefs into cohesive videos across various styles&mdash;from sleek corporate messaging to cinematic storytelling.</li><li>
Rigorous Quality Control (QC): Perform frame-by-frame self-checks to ensure consistency in lighting, character likeness, and pacing before any project reaches the stakeholder.</li><li>
Workflow Agility: Stay fluid across multiple AI platforms (e.g., Runway, Luma, HeyGen, Midjourney), selecting the right tool based on the specific technical needs of a project.</li></ul> 
Qualifications &amp; Skills
1. The Technical Toolkit<ul><li>
NLE Proficiency: Expert-level basics in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve. You should be comfortable with masking, tracking, and basic compositing.</li><li>
Design &amp; Retouching: Advanced Adobe Photoshop skills for asset preparation and post-generation &quot;paint-outs.&quot;</li><li>
Motion &amp; Audio: Experience in motion graphics (titles/lower thirds), sound design, and professional captioning.</li></ul>
2. Visual Artistry<ul><li>
Photography/Cinematography Foundation: A deep understanding of lighting, framing, the &quot;Rule of Thirds,&quot; and color theory. You must know why a shot looks &quot;off&quot; and how to fix it.</li><li>
