The Employee Relations Consultant 2 is responsible for serving as a trusted resource for Core Leaders and Caregivers who face employee relations matters where content and subject-matter expertise is needed. Required Qualifications:
<ul><li>5 years of experience in general human resources, or equivalent work experience, at exempt level, in multi-state/location, service line of business.</li>
<li>5 years of Demonstrated experience in the area of Employee Relations, labor relations, ADAAA, and leaves of absence.</li>
<li>5 years of Demonstrated experience providing high-touch customer service in 'concierge' style environment.</li>

Overview:

The Labor Relations Counsel will provide knowledgeable counsel on employment law, collective bargaining, and compliance while partnering with operational leaders to foster positive employee relationships. This position influences labor strategy, ensures legal compliance, and supports operational excellence through collaborative leadership. The incumbent will mentor the Labor &amp; Employee Relations Consultants and HR compliance team in a matrixed capacity, providing guidance and direction to drive consistency and best practices across the organization.</div>
Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Provides advice, consultation, and direction to Endeavor Leaders to resolve employee relations issues involving a variety of areas such as, corrective action, workplace behavior, performance, and attendance. Supports and mentors Labor &amp; Employee Relations Consultants (LERCs) in the conducting of internal investigations and preparation of investigative reports.</li><li>
Responds to employment law issues and is responsible for updating and consistent application of all Endeavor employment-related policies.</li><li>
Directly involved with the administration and interpretation of the collective bargaining agreements, including representing Endeavor at grievance hearings, mediation, and arbitration. Coordinates and manages arbitration under applicable collective bargaining agreements.</li><li>
Provide support for and represent management in various collective bargaining activities with Endeavor union groups. This will include researching bargaining history and preparation of Company contract proposals, Memoranda of Understanding, and Letters of Agreement.
</li><li>Research and prepare Employer Position Statements in response to charges presented through city, state, and federal agencies (EEOC, Department of Labor, various state Departments of Human Rights), and administrative hearings such as unemployment.</li><li>
Serve as a liaison with Delta Legal and outside counsel in various employment-related litigation.</li><li>
Ensures Endeavor&rsquo;s ongoing legal compliance with all local, state, and federal laws and ordinances, as well as Endeavor/Delta Policies pertaining to document retention, information security, and privacy. Provide support and counsel to executive leadership on these issues.</li><li>

Qualifications:
<ul><li>J.D. from an accredited law school required.</li><li>
5 &ndash; 7 years of employee relations and labor relations experience, with experience working with the Railway Labor Act in an airline setting is preferred.</li><li>
