 Key job responsibilities
 
 
 This role will design the Employee Relations (ER) strategy for APAC and MENA Region of Customer Service. This position covers 5 countries and will need to work with/through the in-country ER field team members on the individual country strategy and support the Regional strategy. Partnership with Ops and PXT Regional leadership is critical in this role.
 
 
 A day in the life
 
 
 We are seeking an Employee Relations Principal to support APAC and MENA region of Customer Service Operations which includes both a brick-and-mortar and virtual workforce. The individual must have a demonstrated ability to collaborate with and influence Operations directors, managers, and human resources; to analyze multiple levels of associate/manager feedback to identify risks and gaps; to create, audit, and sustain positive workplace relations programs; and to design and conduct positive workplace relations training that drives best practices. The Principal will work reactively on crisis-oriented situations, traveling as necessary that typically can only be successfully addressed under severe time constraints. The Principal should be capable of creating and executing a strategy across the region that supports operational goals and objectives. Individual must have an ability to detect, and address the hidden risk that are created with a virtual population and work to adopt strong engagement plans to mitigate. The ability to dive deep into process and data is important, but equally essential is the ability to communicate effectively and authentically with senior Ops/HR leaders, frontline managers and associates.

 The Flight Crew Relations Specialist provides a high level of administrative and clerical support to the Chief Pilot Office. HR Specialist &ndash; Design, Fit-Out &amp; Contracting CompanyLocation: Lusail, Qatar | Full-time | On-siteWe are a small-to-mid-size design, fit-out, and contracting company based in Qatar. We are looking for an experienced HR Specialist who has hands-on experience in the contracting and fit-out industry and understands the dynamics of managing a diverse, project-based workforce.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Manage the full recruitment cycle &mdash; sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding for both office and site-based roles</li><li>Handle all employee relations, contracts, and HR documentation in compliance with Qatar Labor Law</li><li>Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and leave management</li><li>Coordinate visa processing, work permits, and government relations (GR) tasks</li><li>Support payroll preparation and ensure accurate monthly processing</li><li>Develop and implement HR policies and procedures suitable for a growing company</li><li>Manage staff performance review cycles and support line managers in appraisals</li><li>Handle employee grievances, disciplinary procedures, and offboarding processes</li><li>Coordinate with project managers on manpower planning and site staffing needs</li><li>Monitor labor accommodation, transportation, and welfare for site workers when applicable</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>3&ndash;5 years of HR experience, specifically within contracting, fit-out, or interior design companies</li><li>Solid knowledge of Qatar Labor Law and immigration/visa procedures</li><li>Experience managing a mixed workforce of office staff, skilled tradespeople, and site workers</li><li>Strong recruitment skills across technical, trades, and administrative roles</li><li>Ability to work independently and handle HR operations with minimal supervision</li><li>Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field</li><li>Fluent English required; Arabic is a strong advantage</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office; HR software or ERP experience is a plus</li><li>Must be based in Qatar or ready to relocate immediately</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications:<ul><li>Previous HR experience in a small-to-mid-size contracting or fit-out company in Qatar</li><li>Existing knowledge of sourcing skilled labor and tradespeople for fit-out projects</li><li>Experience handling multi-nationality workforce management</li><li>Familiarity with Hukoomi, Metrash2, and LMRA portals</li><li>CIPD qualification or equivalent HR certification is a plus</li></ul>Work Location: In person
