Job Title: Labourer - (Kingston Hill) KT2 Job Description: We are looking for a reliable Labourer to assist with the cleaning of mould from student bedrooms and carry out minor redecorations at a student accommodation site in Kingston Hill.<ul><li>Monday - Friday </li><li>9.00am - 6.00pm </li><li> 15.45 per hour - this includes your Hol pay </li></ul>Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Clean and treat areas affected by mould</li><li>Carry out basic redecoration and maintenance tasks</li><li>Maintain a clean and safe working environment</li><li>Work independently to complete assigned tasks efficiently</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Previous welfare labouring experience preferred</li><li>Ability to work independently with minimal supervision</li><li>Reliable and hardworking attitude</li><li>A DBS check will be carried out at the offer stage</li></ul>Location: Kingston Hill Contract: Temp to Perm
