Job Summary:The Land Surveyor will be responsible for conducting accurate land and site surveys, verifying construction layouts, and ensuring compliance with approved designs and specifications. Parsons is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for conducting precise field surveys to support construction and infrastructure projects. You will play a critical role in ensuring that project layouts, elevations, and alignments meet design and quality standards.
What You'll Be Doing:
<ul><li>Performing field surveys including topographic, boundary, and construction staking surveys as per project requirements.
</li><li>Setting out construction works based on approved drawings and specifications.
</li><li>Operating and maintaining surveying instruments such as Total Stations, GPS systems, levels, and data collectors.
</li><li>Recording and processing field data accurately for use in engineering and construction activities.

</li><li>Proficiency in using modern survey equipment and software including Total Stations, GPS, and AutoCAD.
</li><li>Good understanding of engineering drawings, construction plans, and technical specifications.
