Our Tier 1 Main Contracting Client has a new requirement for a well experienced Land Surveyor to join their team in Abu Dhabi to work on high profile new build villa masterplan projects. Successful candidates will have a proven background as a Land Surveyor working on high profile projects in the UAE with prior experience in working for recognised Main Contracting Companies
This role is available for immediate joining and is hiring on a temporary to permanent basis as an initial 6 month contract position, outsourced through J10 Consulting, with the option to transfer to staff after 6 months to suit all parties.
Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Perform land/field surveys and geodetic calculations.</li><li>Interface with client and contractors to determine and verify project survey requirements.</li><li>Complete the surveying requirements on schedule and within man-hour and cost budgets.</li><li>Check setting-out and levels. Check services locations and ensure their protection.</li><li>Prepare sketches to support the field work. Job Description 
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Land Surveyor to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As a Land Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in our infrastructure projects, ensuring precise measurements and alignments for various construction activities.<ul><li>
Conduct topographic, control, and setting-out surveys for infrastructure projects, including stormwater drainage and microtunneling works</li><li>
Establish, verify, and maintain survey control points, benchmarks, and reference grids</li><li>
Review and apply approved drawings, alignment data, and coordinate systems in compliance with local standards and project requirements</li><li>
Perform precise measurements for horizontal and vertical alignments, pipe inverts, tunnel drives, and shaft locations</li><li>
Conduct as-built surveys and verify the accuracy of contractors' as-built drawings</li><li>
Monitor microtunneling drive alignments and breakthrough coordinates, ensuring compliance with allowable tolerances</li><li>
