About the Job: RedTree Landscape Design is looking for an experienced Landscape Maintenance Supervisor to lead one of our maintenance crews.  Execute projects such as hardscapes, outdoor lighting, and landscape/lawn installations from a landscape plan.

 Manage the entire scope of our projects including job layout, materials, and required paperwork.

 Use various equipment including skid steer, mini excavator, sod cutters, bush hogs, brick saws, transits, and various hand tools.&nbsp;
 </li>

 Drive a commercial vehicle and pull a trailer.&nbsp;
 </li>

 Manage, develop, and effectively communicate with your crew.&nbsp;
 </li>

 Develop and&nbsp;maintain&nbsp;long-term relationships with our customers.&nbsp;

Assist with the installation of Landscaping elements such as mulch, rock, plants, and other softscape landscape projects.</li><li>
Hardscape Projects can be available as well.</li><li>
Being in clear communication with the Landscape Supervisor.</li></ul>
Qualifications:<ul><li>
Strong time management and leadership skills.</li><li>
Excellent communication abilities.</li><li>
Valid drivers license.</li><li>
Prior experience in landscaping.</li><li>
Knowledge of landscaping equipment and products.</li><li>
Physical ability to lift 50+lbs.</li><li>
Ability to hold a DOT Medical Card</li></ul> 
Hours are Monday through Friday with a start time of 6:45AM. (Some occasional weekends.) While this position itself may only be seasonal, we have year-round work available! 
Pay is $25-$35/hr with the option of benefits and salary for the right candidate!
