<div>The Landscape Laborer supports landscape maintenance operations by performing groundskeeping and landscaping tasks at commercial, industrial, and public properties.</div>
<div>This role involves operating commercial landscaping equipment, maintaining plant material, and ensuring outdoor areas are safe, clean, and visually appealing. 
 
Requirements</div>
<ul><li>Cutting turf, mowing, weeding, trimming and edging along borders, and blowing using power equipment</li>
<li>Pruning shrubs and low trees to improve the growth habit or remove damaged branches</li>
<li>Planting and maintaining flower beds, and applying mulch</li>
<li>Picking up trash and debris</li>
<li>Performing weeding by hand or using a garden hoe</li>
<li>Maintaining a polite, friendly, responsive demeanor with guests and customers</li>

<ul><li>Prior landscaping or outdoor labor experience preferred; training provided</li>
<li>Ability to safely operate lawn maintenance and landscaping equipment</li>
<li>Strong work ethic with dependable attendance</li>
<li>Ability to perform physical labor in outdoor conditions, including lifting up to 50 lbs.</li>
<li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license and clean driving record required when operating company vehicles</li>
