Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>

Maintain scanning equipment and ensure proper data storage and backup.</li></ul>
Qualifications:<ul><li>
Degree/Diploma in Geomatics, Surveying, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.</li><li>
Minimum 4&ndash;6 years of relevant experience in laser scanning and BIM.</li><li>
Proven expertise in Leica (RTC360, BLK) and Trimble X9 systems.</li><li>
Proficiency in software: Cyclone, Trimble RealWorks, ReCap, Revit, Navisworks, etc.</li><li>
Strong understanding of scan-to-BIM workflows and data integration.</li><li>
Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work independently or in teams.</li><li>
