A Day in the Life of a Laser Technician<ul><li>
Provide exceptional service to our clientele to enhance customer satisfaction, experience and productivity.</li><li>
Perform job duties within the scope of practice under your issued licenses/certifications.</li><li>
Work closely with the Mid-Level Providers as needed for client care.</li><li>
May assist to train peers and new hires, to ensure Company standards</li><li>
Maintain strict medical protocols for all laser services, regarding state regulation, HIPAA and all other regulatory compliance programs that are set for by the Company.</li><li>
Maintain a professional neat appearance individually and adheres to approved dress code so ensure upscale atmosphere of the med spa.</li><li>
Perform laser services that are not limited to but include; Laser Hair Removal. Photo-facials</li><li>
Perform aesthetic services that are not limited to but include; derma-planning, SkinPen micro-needling with and without PRP, facials, chemical peels, and HydraFacial.</li><li>
Perform body contouring services that are not limited to but include; CoolSculpting.</li><li>
Provide a client centered customized plan to meet their skin care needs through performing services, selling products and treatments.</li><li>
Perform full aesthetic consultations to meet all client's aesthetic short/long term goals.</li><li>
Maintain an elite, clean and organized work/treatment areas throughout the location.</li><li>
Assist with unpacking and storing orders acquired within locations appropriately and timely.</li><li>
Assist with maintaining an appropriate inventory by communicating to management of inventory needs and inventory counts.</li><li>
Ensure charting is accurate, timely, and completely performed to best depict all client appointments and experiences.</li><li>
Attend continuing education as requested by Clinical Management to excel in various skillsets.</li><li>
Attend and provide input at all team meetings organized by your direct supervisor and clinical management.</li><li>
Ensure that client concerns are reported in a timely manner to the Senior Laser Technician, Manager, Mid-Level Provider and Operations Manager</li></ul>
Skills, Qualifications and Experience Needed<ul><li>
High School Diploma or GED equivalency is required.</li><li>
Laser Technician license issued by the Department of Licensing is required.</li><li>
Medical Esthetician License issued by the State is required.</li><li>
Be able to work weekends and have a flexible schedule is required.</li><li>
Must possess a strong and extensive knowledge of laser, skin treatment procedures, esthetician practices and medical practice management.</li><li>
Ability to self-promote and engage in company social media with relation to meeting social media guidelines and expectations.</li><li>
Must understand patient/client confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations and company policy.</li><li>
Must possess a valid driver's license and personal vehicle for transportation.</li><li>
Maintains a high level of integrity with a strong ethical foundation.</li><li>
Must have sound judgment, problem solving and decision-making skills.</li><li>
Must be able to stand for long periods of time.</li><li>
