Essential Duties and Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li>Maintain complete knowledge and comply with all departmental policies, service procedures and standards.</li><li>Ensure the use of all required of Personnel Protective Equipment (PPE) while on duty.</li><li>Routine inspection on all operation kitchen &amp; laundry equipment of the hotel.</li><li>Record readings and keep track on functionality of kitchen &amp; laundry equipment.</li><li>Maintains kitchen/Laundry equipment and machinery record system for the property.</li><li>To carry out repairs and maintenance of all hotel Kitchen and laundry equipment.</li><li>To carryout preventive maintenance checks all Kitchens and laundry equipment.</li><li>To follow the preventive maintenance schedule as specified in the plan.</li><li>To order, track, record and maintain inventory parts of all hotel Kitchen and laundry equipment.</li><li>Check on performance of Laundry, Kitchen and Gas equipment's system and components.</li><li>Check and maintain all hot ranges, kettles brazing pans, convention ovens, ban mares, mixers pass counters, Cold cabinets, Dishwashers Wash Equipment's, Hot cabinet, and all related equipment's.</li><li>Maintaining the logbook effectively and checking the equipment in the kitchen, laundry, and hotel apartments.</li><li>Check with duty engineer for the priority job for all the kitchen outlets and laundry areas.</li><li>Always maintain safety procedures/conditions in working area and other associated areas (especially food preparation area).</li><li>Coordinated with concern department (Stewarding / kitchen) department and ensure that we are following HACCP and conducting equipment rectification and troubleshooting.</li><li>Perform routine inspections to identify any issues, address them promptly to minimize downtime and ensure the kitchen and laundry operates efficiently.</li><li>Operate and monitor chiller/cold rooms unit to ensure consistent reliable cooling performance.</li><li>If the maintenance takes longer time to complete, immediately communicate with the Engineering Supervisor, Duty Engineer, and concern department (Culinary).</li><li>Ensure close the maintenance request in communication devise after completing the job.</li><li>Respond promptly to Know cross service order made from made for requests, assistance, or emergency work orders.</li><li>Take the utilities meter reading and update in the system accordingly.</li><li>Always keep premises clean and tidy after completing the job.</li><li>Communicate with Duty Engineer/ Engineering supervisor of daily work progress before ending the shift.</li><li>Ensure log down into the logbook before ending the shift.</li><li>Follow all the Departmental procedures and instructions.</li><li>Follow hotel hygiene policy and procedure while entering in the kitchens and working in the kitchens.</li><li>Ensure that following of MOPH (Ministry of Public Health &lsquo;s guidelines/ Hotel hygiene HACCP points.</li><li>Ensure tag and lockout procedures are followed when working on electrically powered equipment and SNG line.</li><li>Always maintain safety procedures/conditions in working area and other associated areas.</li><li>Understand and practice hotel emergency fire precaution procedures.</li><li>Ensure team work to achieve Engineering departmental goal.</li><li>Ensure maintenance records are kept up to date.</li><li>Be prepared to respond to emergencies of kitchen and laundry equipment/ machine break down.</li><li>Implement preventive maintenance schedules to extend the lifespan of equipment and prevent unexpected breakdowns. <li>The washers and dryers in laundry rooms are to be dusted and wet rag cleaned once a week; remove empty soap boxes and other trash daily.</li>
<li>All light fixtures, including hanging globes and wall mounted globes are to be dusted weekly and cleaned of insects, etc., once a month. Light bulbs are to be replaced as needed.</li>
<li>Mailbox fronts and public walls or halls must be cleaned once every month, and the trash room walls, including trash door areas will be scrubbed monthly.</li>
<li>Clean, treat and service the pool according to the schedule issued by supervisor.</li>
<li>Pick up trash on grounds and in common areas daily or more often as necessary.</li>
<li>Report and replace missing light bulbs, building damage or vandalism, unusual circumstances and conditions, and other related incidents, in writing, to their supervisor.</li>
<li>Working with the Directors in managing all maintenance-related and capital improvement activities.</li>
<li>Performing routine preventative maintenance on all appropriate equipment as necessary or as directed by the Facilities Director.</li>
<li>Satisfying work orders promptly and efficiently.</li>
<li>Assist in the make-ready process of vacant apartments to get them ready for new move-ins in a timely and detail-oriented manner.</li>
<li>Adhering to all company policies, including safety practices.</li>
