 As a Blended Practice Area Consultant, you will engage customers in law firms and schools. You will do so to create preferences and active users. You will assess customer needs, develop firm-specific and school-specific business plans, and educate customers. Claim Litigation Counsel will be expected to provide guidance to the Claims Organization regarding insurance claims of heightened exposure, complex extra-contractual matters, bad faith, and other major claim-related litigation.
