B. Licensure/Certification/Registration: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Colorado. Specialty certification in case management preferred. BLS certification through American Heart Association.</p><p>

<p><b>Overview</b></p><p><b>Job Summary</b><br/>Join our team as a Clinical Assessor (LPC/LCSW) and play a key role in building strong clinical foundations for the clients and families we serve. You will complete biopsychosocial assessments, reassessments, administer and score CANS/ANSA, and develop initial individualized treatment plans that reflect client strengths, needs, and measurable goals. This position is ideal for a clinician who enjoys assessment and documentation, values accuracy and timeliness, and understands the importance of compliance and audit-ready work in a behavioral health setting, and obtains a thorough understanding of TMHP and HHSC policies and procedures. A strong candidate also has knowledge of how to navigate through the CMBHS website.</p><p><b>Duties</b></p><ul><li>Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations to assess clients' mental health needs.</li><li>Prepares written diagnostic assessments to be conducted face to face or through telehealth, assessing clients from multiple perspectives, including psychological/emotional, social, academic, medical, behavioral, substance abuse, skills, strengths, barriers to economic self-sufficiency, treatment history, and others, and utilizing various assessment instruments.</li><li>Generate a service authorization for each assessment completed.</li><li>Assist the mental health worker in creating an initial ITP within 24 hours and an ITP within 7 days of treatment.
