UC San Diego Health is seeking a Lead Analyst, Epic Cheers to provide strategic and operational leadership for the enterprise-wide implementation, expansion, and governance of Epic Cheers CRM and Call Hub. The primary responsibility of this role is to lead the system-wide deployment of CRM capabilities that unify documentation and tracking of all patient, provider, and health plan interactions, establishing a single, standardized source of truth across the organization. The role includes system configuration, workflow standardization, CRM routing optimization, telephony integration, and phased expansion across clinical, operational, and population health domains.</p><p>
The Lead Analyst operates within a multidisciplinary environment that includes population health teams, care navigation, revenue cycle, outpatient operations, intelligent automation engineers, data scientists, and enterprise platform specialists. This role works closely with teams deploying AI-enabled and agentic engagement solutions across voice, chat, and document workflows, including integrations with Epic Call Hub, telephony platforms such as Amazon Connect and Amazon Connect Health, live chat solutions, and intelligent automation systems. What We're Looking For:</b></p><p>

Loads pricing into the JD Edwards pricing system and Salesforce based on approved pricing. Checks that prices are appropriately approved; and accurately entered into the system reviews pricing discrepancies for Hospitals</li><li>
Meets as needed with field sales associates, contract management as needed to discuss agreement requirements.</li><li>
Maintains customer, J &amp; J Affiliate and List Prices in the appropriate pricing systems.</li><li>
Reviews and administers GPO rosters, eLOC, LOP to align customers to appropriate price group/tier based on contract terms</li><li>
Provides pricing reports and information to field sales associates as requested, can include contract pricing information and contract expiration reports.</li><li>
Provides training as needed with respect to contracts, pricing, compliance, and administrative processes.</li><li>
Support audits and compliance testing by providing information and supporting document</li><li>
Responsible for communicating business related issues or opportunities to next management level</li><li>
Responsible for ensuring personal and Company compliance with all Federal, State, local and Company regulations, policies, and procedures</li><li>

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION</b></p><ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business, Finance, Sales &amp; Marketing, Contracting or related field required</li><li>
A minimum of 6 years of progressive work experience required with a minimum of 4 years in a commercial contracting &amp; redlining preferred.
</li><li>Experience in medical device or healthcare field is preferred, but not required.</li><li>
Demonstrated ability to succeed in a fast-paced sales / customer focused environment</li><li>
Leadership, collaboration, communication, and analytical skills are required. Ability to work on multiple projects with conflicting deadlines is required.</li><li>
Excellent written, oral and presentation skills required (advanced Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint)</li><li>

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :</b></p>
$94,000.00 - $151,800.00<p>
Additional Description for Pay Transparency:</p>
The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation&rsquo;s performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company&rsquo;s discretion on an individual basis.</div>
