The Lead Bartender serves as the shift leader for bar operations, ensuring exceptional guest experience and upholding the highest standards of hospitality. This role oversees all bar workflow during assigned shifts, providing leadership, direction, and support to bartenders and barbacks. Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Lead and supervise bartenders and barbacks to ensure smooth and efficient bar operations.</li>

<li>Deliver exceptional guest service and resolve issues promptly to enhance the overall experience.</li>
<li>Prepare and serve alcohol and non-alcoholic beverages according to company standards.</li>
<li>Ensure consistent quality, presentation, and portion control of all beverages</li>

<li>Execute opening and closing procedures accurately and efficiently.</li>
<li>Monitor inventory levels, minimize waste, and communicate supply needs to management.</li>
<li>Train, coach, and onboard new bartenders to meet performance and service expectations.</li>
<li>Reinforce upselling techniques and promote beverage programs to drive sales.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with TABC regulations, company policies, and sanitation standards.</li>
<li>Perform additional duties as assigned by management to support team success and operational excellence.</li>

Requirements:
<ul><li>Minimum 3 years of high-volume bartending experience.</li>
<li>Previous leadership or shift lead experience preferred.</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of alcohol categories, glassware, garnishes, and beverage preparation.</li>
<li>Proficiency with bar equipment and point-of-sale (POS) systems.</li>
<li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li>
<li>Ability to read, write, and speak the English language fluently to interact with customers and the public; bilingual Spanish is a plus.</li>
<li>Valid Food Handler and TABC Certification.</li>
<li>Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.</li>
<li>Must be able to work Holidays and Weekends.</li>
