Summary/Objective:
The Lead Structural Designer is responsible for developing and managing the structural design of modular frames, assemblies, and components for the Modular Division. This role produces Revitbased structural models, fabrication details, and productionready structural packages that support efficient, repeatable, and scalable modular manufacturing. The Lead Structural Designer ensures all structural work complies with engineering requirements, applicable codes, and internal production capabilities.
Essential Functions:<ul><li>

General Overview of Compensation &amp; Benefits:
We reasonably expect the base compensation offered for this position to range from an annual salary of $121,700.00 - $152,100, subject to adjustment based on business-related factors such as employee qualifications, geographic pay differentials (e.g., cost of labor/living, etc.), and operational considerations.<ul><li>
