Design, code, test, and deploy Salesforce Health Cloud customizations using Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and Flows</li><li>
Integrate Salesforce with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs and manage multiple data interfaces</li><li>
Collaborate with Admins and stakeholders to improve user workflows and system efficiency</li><li>
Support vendor software installations, upgrades, and patches; conduct system compatibility testing</li><li>
Lead a small team to bring software development in-house</li><li>
Monitor workflows, resolve technical issues, and escalate risks appropriately</li><li>
Participate in agile sprints using Jira and DevOps CI/CD toolsets</li></ul>
Required Qualifications:<ul><li>
U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain DoD clearance (Interim &amp; Final)</li><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree or equivalent experience in technical field</li><li>
3+ years of general application development experience</li><li>
2+ years hands-on with Salesforce Health Cloud required</li><li>
Salesforce Platform App Builder &amp; Platform Developer I Certifications</li><li>
Proficient in JavaScript, Apex, LWC, Visualforce, Flows, REST/SOAP</li><li>
Experience in agile environments and DevOps practices</li></ul>
Preferred (Nice-to-Have):<ul><li>
Salesforce Platform Developer II Certification</li><li>
Aura framework, OmniScript, Einstein Analytics</li><li>
Background in healthcare systems or government contracting</li></ul>
