RESPONSIBILITIES</h2>
<ul><li>Strategy &amp; Execution: Execute comprehensive lead generation strategies with a laser focus on creating high-quality Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) and opportunities for AlphaBOLD.</li>
<li>Team Leadership &amp; Mentorship: Work closely with the head of marketing to lead, set goals, and provide guidance to a small team of marketers, fostering a culture of high performance, testing, and growth.</li>
<li>Paid Media Mastery: Manage day-to-day execution across all paid channels, including Google Ads, Bing Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other social ads platforms. This includes keyword research, campaign structure, bid management, and budget allocation to maximize ROI.</li>
<li>Tracking &amp; Analytics Infrastructure: Own the implementation and maintenance of the marketing tracking infrastructure for advertising and other campaigns. You will be responsible for defining, implementing, and validating tracking (pixels, tags, etc.) to ensure data accuracy.</li>
<li>Email Marketing &amp; Nurturing: Design, build, and optimize robust email marketing campaigns and lead nurture flows in HubSpot to convert cold prospects and qualify inbound leads.</li>
<li>Conversion Optimization: Conduct continuous conversation rate optimization (CRO) initiatives by testing and improving landing pages, ad creative, and website paths.</li>
<li>Retargeting Strategy: Implement and manage sophisticated retargeting strategies across all platforms to keep AlphaBOLD top-of-mind and drive final conversions.</li>
<li>Sales Alignment: Execute and support the defined handoff process with the sales team, ensuring clear communication and smooth lead quality progression.</li>
<li>Reporting &amp; Analytics: Monitor performance across all channels using Google Analytics and other tools, providing regular, actionable reports on lead volume, conversion rates, and ROI.</li>

<ul><li>B2B Lead Generation: Proven track record of success in B2B lead generation, specifically creating and driving high-quality opportunities for sales.</li>
<li>Paid Media Expertise: Deep, hands-on experience managing and scaling campaigns in Google Ads, Bing Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.</li>
<li>Email Marketing: Expert-level knowledge of email marketing best practices, including segmentation, deliverability, and automated nurture flows.</li>
<li>Data &amp; Tracking: Required expertise in Google Analytics and the ability to set up and manage tracking infrastructure for marketing campaigns (pixels, conversion tags, etc.).</li>
<li>Optimization Skills: Demonstrated success in conversation and landing page optimization (CRO).</li>
