You will work full-time Monday through Friday at our location. Since maintenance emergencies can happen at any time, this role does require occasional on-call hours as set by the Property Management team.
While we provide equipment and supplies to complete most work orders, you must maintain your own tool kit to complete work orders. Occasionally, you may need to use either a company-owned vehicle (or your own) to move about the property or to pick up supplies off-site.
