 Position Summary
 
 
 The Marketing &amp; Lead Manager leads marketing efforts focused on driving lead generation, brand awareness, and customer engagement. This role oversees strategy, campaigns, team performance, and marketing tools while collaborating closely with sales and the call center.
 
 Key Responsibilities

 Develop and execute marketing strategies across digital, social media, events, PR, and lead generation campaigns

 Manage day-to-day marketing team operations and coordinate with vendors
 </li>

 Oversee campaign execution, including email, direct mail, social media, and events

 Track and analyze campaign performance; adjust strategies to improve results
 </li>

 Maintain marketing materials and ensure consistent branding
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage and optimize platforms such as Buildertrend, HubSpot, and CRM tools
 </li>

 Plan and execute events, trade shows, and community partnerships

 Oversee street team initiatives, including recruiting and performance management

 Qualifications

 Collage degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Communications, or related field
 </li>
 <li>
 1&ndash;3 years of marketing or customer care experience (service industry preferred)
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency with marketing tools (Buildertrend, HubSpot, CRM systems, Microsoft Office)
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with social media, events, and lead generation campaigns
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
 </li>

 💻 The Role
 
 
 
 We are seeking a high-energy, execution-focused Sales Team Lead / Sales Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our sales department. In this role, you aren&rsquo;t just a strategist &ndash; you are the "engine room" manager. You will lead both our Inbound and Outbound teams, ensuring that every lead is pursued, every process is followed, and every representative is performing at their peak.
 
 
 
 
 Reporting directly to the Head of Sales, your primary mission is to control execution. You will take the overarching sales goals and turn them into daily wins through rigorous coaching, process implementation, and performance management.
 
 
 
 
 What You&rsquo;ll Do
 
 
 
 <ul>

 Direct People Management: Lead, mentor, and manage the daily activities of both Inbound and Outbound sales representatives.
 </li>
 <li>
 Execution &amp; Accountability: Drive the team to meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs. You are responsible for the "how" of hitting the numbers.
 </li>
 <li>
 Process Implementation: Standardize and enforce sales workflows, scripts, and outreach cadences to ensure a consistent customer experience.
 </li>
 <li>
 Inbound &amp; Outbound Oversight: Balance the team&rsquo;s focus between responding to hot leads (inbound) and driving proactive growth (outbound) within the apparel and custom product space.
 </li>
 <li>
 Real-Time Coaching: Conduct regular 1:1s, call monitoring, and "live" coaching sessions to improve conversion rates and objection handling.
 </li>
 <li>
 CRM Discipline: Manage and optimize our CRM usage, ensuring data integrity and that no lead falls through the cracks.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaboration: Work closely with the Head of Sales to provide "boots on the ground" feedback and implement new initiatives quickly and efficiently.

 What We&rsquo;re Looking For
 
 
 
 <ul>

 Proven Leadership: 3+ years of experience as a Sales Team Lead or Sales Manager, specifically managing people in a high-volume environment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Dual Expertise: Demonstrated experience managing both Inbound (lead conversion) and Outbound (prospecting/cold outreach) teams.
 </li>
 <li>
 Industry Experience: Previous experience in E-commerce, Startups, or Apparel/Product Manufacturing is highly preferred.
 </li>
 <li>
 Execution Mindset: You enjoy the "grind" of sales management: tracking metrics, fixing broken processes, and motivating people.
 </li>
 <li>
 CRM Proficiency: Expert-level comfort with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive) and sales engagement platforms.
 </li>
 <li>
 Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English skills, with the ability to provide radical candor and constructive feedback.
 </li>
 <li>
 Availability: Ability to work during US Eastern and Pacific hours.
