Job Title: Maintenance Lead Person 2nd and 3rd shift
Position Summary: Individuals will be responsible for leading the Maintenance Department and assisting supervisors in daily operations of the Protein Conversion plant.

Lead and supervise a maintenance team of technicians, provide guidance and assign daily tasks so work can be completed in a timely manner.</li><li>

Troubleshoot and resolve complex mechanical, electrical and plumbing problems.</li><li>
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including repairs, inspections and equipment performance.</li><li>
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies and industry standards.</li><li>
Coordinate with other departments to schedule maintenance work.</li><li>
Perform timely repair and routine maintenance.</li><li>

Read complex blueprints, piping, sketches and schematics.</li><li>

Recognize and diagnose mechanical failures and determine corrective action needed, check blueprints, manuals and parts catalog.</li><li>
We should be able to work in high-heat and cold environments, heights, confined spaces.</li><li>
Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods of time.</li><li>
Perform pipe repairs.</li><li>
Welding and fabrication skills preferred.</li></ul>
Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office; MTech experience is a plus. Strong communication and leadership skills, both written and verbal. Client &amp; Guest Relations<ul><li>
Act as the daily liaison with client stakeholders for service adjustments, escalations, and updates.</li><li>
Anticipate and respond to client and guest needs with a hospitality-forward approach.</li><li>
Ensure program consistency with Just Fare&rsquo;s sustainability, quality, and service standards.</li></ul>
Reporting<ul><li>
Provide daily and weekly updates to HQ on service performance, inventory, and staffing.</li><li>
Track and report on waste, donations, and other key operational metrics.</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader">
Qualifications &amp; Requirements</h3><ul><li>
2+ years managing others including performance management, scheduling, and continuous training</li><li>
3+ years in a high traffic customer facing role with proven ability to build positive client relationships.</li><li>
Knowledge of food products, sourcing and ingredients; with the ability to memorize and understand flavor profiles, nutritional facts and allergens.</li><li>
Positive attitude, strong work ethic, communication and patience</li><li>
Exceptional customer service and attention to detail.</li><li>
Attendance and punctuality is required with schedule flexibility determined by needs</li><li>
Ability to work independently, be a self-sufficient problem solver and make sound decisions on-the-fly</li><li>
Strong understanding and knowledge of safety, sanitation and food handling procedures</li><li>
Computer literacy</li><li>
Basic Food Handler Certification</li><li>
Smartphone will be needed for communication</li><li>
Experience with inventory management, ordering, receiving, stocking and proper rotation of perishables and compostables.</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader">
Schedule</h3>
Typical schedule is Monday through Friday with hours dependent on the service. You are responsible for managing your schedule, based on your shift availability, with your supervisor.
Shift Details: Start times will range from 5am to 7am Monday to Friday.<h3 class="jobSectionHeader">
