Primary Objective

Principal Process Engineer (Lead Design Engineer I - Process)

Primary objective:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES</div><div>
Working directly with the line crews and Technical Teams daily to identify the losses and countermeasure. The Process Engineer also acts as the technical trainer for line teams and provides coaching in phenomena identification, root cause analysis and the establishment of countermeasures as well.</div><div>
The Process Engineer is responsible for improvements and the establishment of revised basic conditions on the line. A core deliverable is to eliminate losses and wastes using WCM/UMS/Continuous improvement methodologies and increase the stability of the line to support the transition of semi-autonomous teams to Autonomous Team. Implementation of Focused improvement pillar &amp;Autonomous Pillar, Supporting Planned maintenance, Quality Pillar</div><div>
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS</div><div><div><ul><li>
Mechanical Or Electrical Engineering Graduate</li></ul></div><div><ul><li>
Minimum 3 years factory role, continuous improvement/Process engineer experience in FMCG industry, Personal care / Beauty and Wellbeing experience preferred</li></ul></div><div><ul><li>
Hands on Experience on managing Focused Improvement projects,</li></ul></div><div><ul><li>
Hands on experience of WCM/TPM/Manufacturing Excellence</li></ul></div><div><ul><li>
